Products Overview

Make your business more productive. Taking less time to do work saves money. It also leaves more time for generating new revenue.

AboveNet can help.

Optimizing productivity depends on minimizing the economic and performance barriers that constrain information exchange at the server-to-server level, the gateway-to-network level, and across the network.

AboveNet offers a full-portfolio of optical networking services and solutions that address each potential bottleneck from the individual server level all the way across the network. And unlike other service providers, AboveNet solutions operate on an affordable and integrated all-optical infrastructure so you can truly eliminate constraints on information exchange instead of just moving bottlenecks to other downstream or upstream exchange points.

WDM Enhanced Wave WDM Enhanced Wave offers dedicated, point to point transport service that connects customer locations with a starter package system that includes an initial circuit and supports either WDM- based or port based growth options. Service is available as unprotected, protected or path protected with various circuit interfaces.
WDM Basic Wave WDM Basic Wave is a dedicated, point to point transport service that connects customer locations with a single circuit. Service is available as unprotected, protected or path protected with various circuit interfaces but no ability for WDM- based service growth. With Multiport circuit options, port based growth is possible.

dcXchange Provides economical, high-bandwidth connection for almost any customer locations within reach of AboveNet Fiber backbone dcXchange provides high capacity circuits (10G, 2.5G, 1G, OC-12) between key carrier hotels and data centers in strategic markets in NA. Available as unprotected, protected or path protected and service over shared network infrastructure.
